It was<br \/>\nsubmitted by learned counsel, Mr.Vaibhav Vyas, that the petitioner<br \/>\nwas in jail since the year 2005, as he was not released on bail<br \/>\nduring trial. Thus, he has already undergone more than 6 years of<br \/>\nimprisonment.
