As the PIO replied that SDM (Darya Ganj) had no\nsuch information in his Sub-division as districts came into existence in 1997 and it might be\navailable with the office of the Divisional Commissioner, Delhi.\n Appellant also mentioned that PIO should collect the desired information or forward his\nApplication to the concerned authorities.\n Order of the First Appellate Authority:\nFAA mentioned that there was no any infirmity in the reply furnished to the 4 parts of the query.\nThere was evident from the reply to part (b) of the query that this part of the question should\nhave been transferred to the concerned authority by PIO.\n\nGrounds for Second Appeal:\nIncomplete information. Information had not been given regarding compensation provided to\n1984 riot victims.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Ms. Rekha on behalf of Mr. Haniff Ur Rehehaman<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. A.V. Prem Nath, PIO &amp; ADM; Mr. Y.P.Malhotra, Thesildar;<br \/>\nThe PIO states that he had asked the Appellant to pay Rs. 44\/- for the 22 pages of information<br \/>\nwhich was not paid.
