Notice to<\/p>\n<p>respondent No.4 dispensed with.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      2.    Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      3.    The school described in paragraph 2 of the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>stated to be having certain controversies in relation to some litigations<\/p>\n<p>as regards the right of management . The Parent Teacher Association is<\/p>\n<p>to have the freedom to have its meetings in terms of the provisions of<\/p>\n<p>the Kerala Education Act and Rules. The Headmaster is the convenor.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">      4.    Under such circumstances, we order that if there is any law<\/p>\n<p>and order situation by any person in relation to the holding of Parent<\/p>\n<p>Teachers Association meeting, the police will ensure that such situation<\/p>\n<p>is prevented . Being a school, the police will also ensure that there is<\/p>\n<p>no situation which would not be congenial to the appropriate running<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">WPC.No.28697\/2010                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>of the school and any complaint by the Headmistress\/Headmaster will<\/p>\n<p>be taken care of promptly by respondents 1 and 2.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">     5.
