              In response to the notice issued by this court, reply by way of
\naffidavit of Baljit Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural), Bathinda has
\nbeen filed in court, which is taken on record. It is stated therein that daughter of
\nthe petitioner, namely, Mandeep Kaur alias Amandeep Kaur is presently residing
\nwith her brother in village Teona, District Bathinda as per her own wish.\n<\/p>\n
              In view of the aforesaid stand of the State, the present petition is
\ndismissed.\n<\/p>\n
