No.30599 of 2011\n                              Rajan Thakur, son of Ashok Thakur\n                                             Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                           -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   16.09.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                  the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                  Sections \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering that the petitioner is in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                  9.6.2011, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                  sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed<\/p>\n<p>                  by the court concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Bettiah, Distt. West Champaran, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 95 of 2011 subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>                  conditions: (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to<\/p>\n<p>                  how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to<\/p>\n<p>                  furnish information to the court about any change in the address<\/p>\n<p>                  of the petitioner. (ii)That the petitioner will give an undertaking<\/p>\n<p>                  that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be<\/p>\n<p>                  present on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two<\/p>\n<p>                  given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be<\/p>\n<p>                  liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse. (iii) That the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to<\/p>\n<p>        do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be<\/p>\n<p>        cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>                      The petitioner volunteers to deposit Rs. 350\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Three hundred fifty) per month in the court below firstly within<\/p>\n<p>        15 days of his release from jail custody and subsequently by<\/p>\n<p>        15th every month which the wife of the petitioner will be at<\/p>\n<p>        liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the parties.
