No.17729 of 2011\n                                     Kanchan Yadav\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   27.06.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                 connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 110\/10<\/p>\n<p>                 registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1560742\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 302<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_1\">34<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1128948\/\" id=\"a_2\">120<\/a> of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                 Penal Code and <a href=\"\/doc\/244673\/\" id=\"a_3\">Section 27<\/a> of the Arms Act pending in<\/p>\n<p>                 the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Patna City.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              It is alleged that the victim was taking dinner<\/p>\n<p>                 in a marriage ceremony when he was being dragged by<\/p>\n<p>                 some persons at 11.00 PM and at 2.30 AM, the<\/p>\n<p>                 informant learn that the victim died due to firearm<\/p>\n<p>                 injury.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                 Petitioner&#8217;s name sprang up after more than a month of<\/p>\n<p>                 the occurrence on the basis of statement of Sanjay<\/p>\n<p>                 Kumar Sinha that he was also taking dinner along with<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              It appears that the F.I.R. named accused<br \/>\n              persons Avinash Kumar @ Bhola and Brij Bihari Singh<\/p>\n<p>             @ Naman have been granted regular bail vide Cr.<\/p>\n<p>             Misc. No. 37441\/2010 and vide Cr. Misc.
