THE DEPUTY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER, ARARIA\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   16.08.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioner was placed under suspension<\/p>\n<p>                   on 29.1.2009. It is his case that the departmental<\/p>\n<p>                   enquiry has concluded and report submitted on<\/p>\n<p>                   27.11.2009, notwithstanding which the suspension<\/p>\n<p>                   continues and the proceedings remain inconclusive to<\/p>\n<p>                   urge revocation of the suspension.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Reliance is placed on an order of this Court<\/p>\n<p>                   in C.W.J.C. No. 11675 of 2010 filed by a co-delinquent<\/p>\n<p>                   more particularly on the following extract from the<\/p>\n<p>                   order:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                                          &#8220;Let the representation of the<br \/>\n                              petitioner be disposed of within a<br \/>\n                              maximum period of four weeks from the<br \/>\n                              date of receipt\/production of a copy of<br \/>\n                              this order in light of the aforesaid<br \/>\n                              discussion.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                          If no final appropriate orders<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                  are passed within four weeks as directed<br \/>\n                  above,     the      suspension     shall<br \/>\n                  automatically come to an end but<br \/>\n                  without prejudice to the other rights of<br \/>\n                  the respondents.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n                  The writ petition is disposed in similar<\/p>\n<p>       terms with similar observations and directions, the<\/p>\n<p>       time period to be computed from the date that the<\/p>\n<p>       petitioner submits a copy of the present order.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                  The application stands disposed.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">P.K.
