cannot be relatahie to the deceased, entitling a division of<\/p>\n
\u00bb a’ishVar,e’in~f:a\\~r.o_ur of the piaintiff. Therefore; the triai Court<\/p>\n
H ~hAa.sui’ri\u00a7hAti’y__ decreed the suit equaiiy between the piaintiff<\/p>\n
and theiypdefendants in ‘A’ schedule property.<\/p>\n
