Learned counsel,<br \/>\nMr.Ashish Dagli is not present.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been filed by the applicant, wherein he has<br \/>\nprayed that the applicant be permitted to meet his children once in a<br \/>\nmonth in Tapibai Vikas Gruh at Bhavnagar.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tIt<br \/>\ntranspires from the record that such visitation rights were not<br \/>\ngranted by the Court below during Divorce Petition and, hence, the<br \/>\napplication was filed filed for custody of the children, which was<br \/>\nnot granted. Against which, the First Appeal has been preferred by<br \/>\nthe applicant.
