Appellant&#8217;s\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0dated\u00a005.03.2010\u00a0was\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0subject\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 decision \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 government \u00a0 on \u00a0 her \u00a0 application \u00a0 for \u00a0 appointment \u00a0 as\u00a0<br \/>\nNotary\u00a0Public.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     All\u00a0the\u00a0details\u00a0requested\u00a0through\u00a0her\u00a0RTI\u00adapplication\u00a0were\u00a0furnished\u00a0<br \/>\nby\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0her\u00a0on\u00a025.03.2010,\u00a0in\u00a0which\u00a0she\u00a0was\u00a0informed\u00a0that\u00a0her\u00a0<br \/>\nrequest\u00a0for\u00a0appointment\u00a0as\u00a0Notary\u00a0Public\u00a0was\u00a0under\u00a0consideration\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<br \/>\ngovernment. \u00a0 Subsequently, \u00a0 she \u00a0 was \u00a0 informed \u00a0 that \u00a0 her \u00a0 application \u00a0 for\u00a0<br \/>\nappointment \u00a0 as \u00a0 Notary \u00a0 Public \u00a0 has \u00a0 been \u00a0 rejected. \u00a0 \u00a0 This \u00a0 matter \u00a0 finds\u00a0<br \/>\nmention\u00a0in\u00a0a\u00a0submission\u00a0made\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0by\u00a0Smt.Poonam\u00a0<br \/>\nSuri, \u00a0ALA \u00a0 &amp;\u00a0In\u00adcharge \u00a0 of \u00a0Notary \u00a0Cell \u00a0 and \u00a0also \u00a0in \u00a0Appellate \u00a0Authority&#8217;s\u00a0<br \/>\norder\u00a0dated\u00a025.05.2010.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0net\u00a0upshot\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0these\u00a0proceedings\u00a0is\u00a0that\u00a0<br \/>\nthe\u00a0appellant&#8217;s\u00a0request\u00a0for\u00a0appointment\u00a0as\u00a0Notary\u00a0Public\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0turned\u00a0<br \/>\ndown \u00a0 and \u00a0 the \u00a0 position \u00a0 has \u00a0 been \u00a0 intimated \u00a0 to \u00a0 her \u00a0 both \u00a0 through \u00a0 the\u00a0<br \/>\nendorsement\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>CIC_AT_A_2010_000610_M_44929.doc\u00a0<br \/>\n                                                                           Page\u00a01\u00a0of\u00a02\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.
