Giri, J.\n\n                ========================\n\n                        W.P(C).No<\/a>.10574 of 2006\n\n                ========================\n\n           Dated this the  5th  day of September, 2007.\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Petitioner retired as Pharmacist on 1.12.2003.   Petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>grievance   is   that   her   D.C.R.G.   is   yet   to   be   disbursed.     Non-<\/p>\n<p>liability   certificate   will   have   to   be   issued   in   this   regard   by   the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent &#8211; Superintendent.  That is also not done so far.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.     I   heard   learned   Government   Pleader   on   behalf   of   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">       3.  Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent<\/p>\n<p>to  issue  the  non-liability  certificate  within a period  of six  weeks<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.  On the basis<\/p>\n<p>of   the   said   non-liability   certificate,   the   D.C.R.G.   found   due   and<\/p>\n<p>admissible   to   the   petitioner   will   be   disbursed   to   her   within   a<\/p>\n<p>period of four weeks thereafter.
