3.  only arises for my consideration is
\nthat whether the ‘c.ond1tibo11._:itnposed by the trial Court i.e.,<\/p>\n
ins1st1ng.VforC’f~w\u00a7> ‘solventhsureties and cash security of<\/p>\n
–1fi.S ‘sjastainablev in law or not. My answer to the<\/p>\n
‘abo’\\”re_ questiorfis as under:\n<\/p>\n
 ,  C~=i~.,_ It is ‘contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n
   accused being a youth, if he is not released on bail, he<\/p>\n
  get mixed with the criminals and become more hardened<\/p>\n

5. The learned High Court Government Pleader subrnits<\/p>\n
that a suitable order may be passed.\n<\/p>\n
6. Taking into Consideration that the petitioner is a young<\/p>\n
boy, insisting cash security of 310.000\/– and two solvent<\/p>\n
sureties by the Trial Court is onerous. in my view, <\/p>\n
condition to deposit cash of ?10,000\/\u00bb~ is too l’1arsh; ‘<\/p>\n
parents of the petitioner are alsov.:ver3z &  isv.l_the7..<\/p>\n
contention of the learned counsel forlltheiilg\ufb01etlitiorier that <\/p>\n
accused have been released by taking one su_re’ty,Vl’t_herefore,<\/p>\n
similar Concession may be given to. the p’etitionei’– alsof<\/p>\n
7. In the  l   following:\n<\/p>\n

Thisg ‘Petition is ailowed conditionally. The<\/p>\n
  insisting leash surety of ?10,000\/- While granting<\/p>\n
offering two solvent sureties is modified as<\/p>\n
(i)” The order relating to insisting of cash surety of
\n310,000\/– is set aside.\n<\/p>\n
(ii) The petitioner shall offer one surety instead of<\/p>\n
two solvent sureties.\n<\/p>\n
