Civil Writ Petition No.11573\/2010\n                                        Hansraj & Anr.\n                                               vs\n                                  State of Rajasthan & Ors.\n\n            DATE OF ORDER<\/a>: 18th August 2011\n\n                      HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH MAHESHWARI\n\n\n            None present for the petitioners.\n                                           \n\n                  Nobody is present for the petitioners.           It appears that the\n            petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting this writ petition.\n                  Even otherwise, there appears no case on merits.                    An\n            allotment of 13 bighas of agricultural land in Murraba No.69 (135) of\n            Chak 78 RB as made in favour of the private respondents was\n            sought to be questioned by the petitioners before the Revenue\n            Appellate Authority, Sriganganagar ('the RAA').           The RAA, in its\n            order dated 20.11.2007 (Annex.2) found no case in favour of the\n            petitioners who alleged having been served with some notices in the\n            past for unauthorized cultivation; and found no reason to grant the\n            petitioners permission to maintain the appeal.              The Board of\n            Revenue has also dismissed the revision petition preferred by the\n            petitioner by the order dated 31.08.2009 (Annex.4) after finding that\n            they have failed to show lawful possession on the land in question\n            and there was no case in their favour only on the basis of certain\n            notices said to have been issued for unauthorized cultivation.\n                  The orders as concurrently passed by the subordinate\n            Revenue Authorities cannot be said to be suffering from any\n            jurisdictional error so as to call for interference in the writ jurisdiction.\n                  The writ petition stands dismissed.\n\n\n\n\n                                                       [DINESH MAHESHWARI], J.\n<\/pre>\n
