Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :20\/11\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                     ===============\n\n                 W.P.(C) NO. 34238 OF 2007 A\n\n                 ====================\n\n\n          Dated this the 20th day of November, 2007\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       When an application was made by the petitioner for<\/p>\n<p>starting a furniture unit, by Ext.P3, the 3rd respondent informed<\/p>\n<p>the    petitioner that NOC has to be obtained from the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent and the petitioner was advised to make an application<\/p>\n<p>to the 4th respondent. Accordingly, petitioner submitted Exts. P4<\/p>\n<p>and P5 to the 4th respondent and the complaint in this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is that these applications have not been disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>the 4th respondent so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In view of the pendency of Exts. P4 and P5 before the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent as contended by the petitioner, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition directing the 4th respondent to take up, consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Exts.
