(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner will be<\/p>\n<p>satisfied in case representation (Annexure P6) made by him is decided<\/p>\n<p>by the authorities i.e. respondent No.2, by passing a well reasoned<\/p>\n<p>order.\n<\/p>\n<p>            I find merit in the contention raised by counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to take a conscious<\/p>\n<p>decision on representation of the petitioner(Annexure P6) by passing a<\/p>\n<p>well reasoned order, within three months from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>certified copy of this order.
