Learned AGP<br \/>\nShri AJ Desai waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No. 2\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">&#8211; State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tDirect<br \/>\nService for rest of the respondents is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\"> CIVIL<br \/>\nAPPLICATION No. 6175 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nlearned counsel for the applicant &#8211; appellant stated,  under<br \/>\ninstructions. that the applicant shall deposit the entire remaining<br \/>\namount of the disputed bill with the respondent No. 1 &#8211; Electricity<br \/>\nCompany within a period of one week from today.  In view of this<br \/>\nstatement, no further order is necessary except a clarification that<br \/>\nsuch deposit shall be subject to final outcome of the Letters Patent<br \/>\nAppeal.
