Pranpur,            District\n                       Katihar.........................................................................Respondents\n\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   26.08.2010              Learned counsel for the petitioner as<\/p>\n<p>                   well     as   learned    counsel      for     the       State<\/p>\n<p>                   informs this Court that now the Appellate<\/p>\n<p>                   Authorities       constituted        by      the        State<\/p>\n<p>                   Government      under    Rule   18     of     the       Bihar<\/p>\n<p>                   Panchayat Prarambhik Shikshak (Niyojan Avam<\/p>\n<p>                   Seva Sart) Niyamvali, 2006 (as amended by<\/p>\n<p>                   <a href=\"\/doc\/1210757\/\" id=\"a_1\">Amendment Act<\/a>, 2008) are functional and are<\/p>\n<p>                   now efficacious alternative forums available<\/p>\n<p>                   to      the     petitioner      and         others        for<\/p>\n<p>                   consideration of their grievances.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             In view of the submissions of the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned       counsels   and    in        view     of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   availability of the efficacious alternative<\/p>\n<p>                   forum for consideration of matters relating<\/p>\n<p>                   to     employment   of   Shiksha      Mitra\/Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>                   Shikshak, the writ application is disposed<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     of with liberty to the petitioner to file an<\/p>\n<p>     appropriate application before the concerned<\/p>\n<p>     Appellate Authority, if not already filed,<\/p>\n<p>     for redressal of his grievance. In case such<\/p>\n<p>     an application is filed by the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>     the Appellate Authority shall consider the<\/p>\n<p>     same   and   all   documents     enclosed     including<\/p>\n<p>     orders of this Court in identical matters,<\/p>\n<p>     if     produced      therewith       and    make     all<\/p>\n<p>     endeavours to dispose of the same on its own<\/p>\n<p>     merits after hearing the parties concerned,<\/p>\n<p>     by a speaking order preferably within the<\/p>\n<p>     time   prescribed     under    the    Rules    for   the<\/p>\n<p>     purpose without going into the question of<\/p>\n<p>     limitation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">              It is made clear that this Court has<\/p>\n<p>     not expressed any opinion with regard to the<\/p>\n<p>     merits of the claim of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">BT                      (J.
