Offence alleged is under the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Abkari Act.   The petitioner was allegedly found to be in possession of<\/p>\n<p>1.5 litres of arrack on 22\/5\/2007.    He continues in custody from that<\/p>\n<p>date.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">         2.     The   learned   counsel   for   the  petitioner   prays,   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Public Prosecutor does not oppose the said prayer  and I am satisfied<\/p>\n<p>that   regular   bail   can   be   granted   to   the   petitioner   subject   to<\/p>\n<p>appropriate conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">         3.     In the result, this petition is allowed.
