Having regard to the fact situation obtaining herein, namely, that despite being directed to retire on health grounds prematurely, on re-examination the writ petitioner-respondent was found medically fit whereafter he was reinstated in the post of Conductor, we are of the opinion that no cause has been made out for interference with the impugned judgment passed by the learned single Judge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2.
