This appeal cor\u00a31ing.on_   this day, the

 0   the defendant in possession as a tenant.<\/p>\n
 ‘deifendant did not pay rents, the plaintiff sued<\/p>\n
 for ejeoitment. The defendant resisted the suit on the<\/p>\n
 ‘ground, that the plaintiff was not the owner and the s0~<\/p>\n

unregistered document and therefore,   <\/p>\n
treated as a title deed. The plaintiff,_ <\/p>\n

\nand occupation\ufb02the\u00bbtrialeourt held that the same was<\/p>\n
not established ~__an.d’ ‘rejected that part of the relief<\/p>\n
   The  having been challenged in appeal<\/p>\n
   the lower appellate court has taken<\/p>\n
exception’Vlr:tQ.i::the trial court having allowed the plaintiff<\/p>\n
 to mark. an unregistered sale deed in evidence and has<\/p>\n
 heldthat the contemporaneous documents, such as the<\/p>\n
