M. SAHAI)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicants have filed these four Misc. Civil Applications seeking<br \/>\nrestoration of Special Civil Application Nos.5050, 5051, 5052 &amp;<br \/>\n5053 of 2011 respectively, to file as the same were dismissed for<br \/>\nnon-removal of office objections.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned counsel Mr. Ramnandan Singh for applicants and Mr. N. J.<br \/>\nShah, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent<br \/>\nNo.1.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel Mr. Ramnandan Singh appearing for the applicants has<br \/>\nsubmitted that he will remove office objections in all these four<br \/>\nmatters within a period of two weeks from today.  He has prayed that<br \/>\nthe writ petitions may be restored to its file.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">4.\t\tHaving<br \/>\nconsidered the averments made in the application and in view of the<br \/>\nabove statement of learned counsel Mr. Ramnandan Singh, the present<br \/>\nMisc. Civil Applications are allowed.  The applicants are directed to<br \/>\nremove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.<br \/>\n The writ petitions are restored to its file.
