PRASAD\n                              -----\n         For the Petitioner   : Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Advocate\n         For the MADA         : Mr. Bhawesh Kumar, Advocate\n                              -----\n\n2\/05.07.2011<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">        Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                    Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>        the petitioner got retired on 31.7.2010 from the post of Meter Reader<\/p>\n<p>        while posted in Water Supply Sub Division, Jharia, a unit of Mineral<\/p>\n<p>        Area Development Authority (MADA), Dhanbad but not a single penny<\/p>\n<p>        towards retiral benefits i.e. arrears of salary, gratuity, provident fund,<\/p>\n<p>        group insurance, leave encashment etc. has been paid to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        though the petitioner in this respect has made several representation<\/p>\n<p>        before the Authority, but the Authority did not care to look to the<\/p>\n<p>        miseries of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                     In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this<\/p>\n<p>        writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file<\/p>\n<p>        a fresh representation raising all his claims, which have been claimed<\/p>\n<p>        in this writ petition, including the statutory interest, before the<\/p>\n<p>        Managing Director, MADA (respondent no. 1) along with a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>        order within three weeks from today and the respondent no. 1, on<\/p>\n<p>        receiving the representation, shall be taking a decision in respect of<\/p>\n<p>        payment of retiral dues of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks<\/p>\n<p>        from the date of receipt of the representation.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                           (R.R.
