                     learned counsel appearing for the State.<\/p>\n
                                 Apprehending their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n
                     Complaint Case No. C449\/2010 registered for the offence<\/p>\n
                     under Sections 498(A)<\/a>, 307<\/a>, 406<\/a>, 420<\/a>, 343<\/a> and 34<\/a> of the<\/p>\n
                     Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have prayed for bail.<\/p>\n
                                 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer<\/p>\n
                     for bail.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Taking into consideration the fact that the case<\/p>\n
                     arises of a complaint and cognizance has been taken under<\/p>\n
                     Section 498(A)<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are<\/p>\n
                     in-laws and there is no direct role attributed against them,<\/p>\n
                     let the petitioners namely Badri Singh, Pavitri Devi, Sanjay<\/p>\n
                     Singh, Laxmi Devi, Madan Singh, Pinki Devi & Shivwa Devi,
\n                              2<\/span><\/p>\n
            in the event of their arrest at the hands of police or<\/p>\n
            surrender before the Court below, be released on bail in<\/p>\n
            connection   with Complaint    Case No. C449\/2010       on<\/p>\n
            furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) with<\/p>\n
            two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
