RAMKUMAR, J.\n               = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n                Crl.M.C..No. 1526 of 2010\n               = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n               Dated:18th day of June, 2010\n\n                           ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     Petitioners, who    are   accused   Nos.1   and    2   in<\/p>\n<p>C.C.No.470\/2009     on    the    file  of   A.C.J.M    Court,<\/p>\n<p>Thiruvananthapuram for offences punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section<\/p>\n<p>420<\/a> IPC, seek to quash Annexure I complaint and all further<\/p>\n<p>further proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2. It is too early for this Court exercising jurisdiction<\/p>\n<p>under <a href=\"\/doc\/1679850\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 482<\/a> Cr.P.C to meticulously scan the<\/p>\n<p>voluminous    prosecution   records   and   hold   that   the<\/p>\n<p>prosecution of the petitioners is groundless and the same is<\/p>\n<p>liable to be quashed. The appropriate remedy of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners is to plead for a discharge before the Court<\/p>\n<p>below.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>case, I am inclined to permit the petitioners to plead for a<\/p>\n<p>discharge in absentia. Accordingly, if the petitioners file an<\/p>\n<p>application for discharge before the court below through<\/p>\n<p>their counsel, that court shall not insist on the personal<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C..No. 1526 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>appearance of the petitioners for the disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>discharge petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      This Crl.M.C is disposed of reserving the above right of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<p>Dated this the 18th day of June, 2010.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                     V.
