Case No. 63\/2011,<\/p>\n<p>                    for the offences under <a href=\"\/doc\/1258372\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 147<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/763672\/\" id=\"a_1\">148<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_2\">149<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_3\">307<\/a>\/<\/p>\n<p>                    <a href=\"\/doc\/1183069\/\" id=\"a_4\">386<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1944660\/\" id=\"a_5\">384<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1432790\/\" id=\"a_6\">188<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and under<\/p>\n<p>                    <a href=\"\/doc\/244673\/\" id=\"a_7\">Section 27<\/a> of the Arms Act, is one of the named<\/p>\n<p>                    accused in this case but only on disclosure by co-<\/p>\n<p>                    apprehended accused persons.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Submission is that except disclosure of the<\/p>\n<p>                    name in the extra judicial confession, there is<\/p>\n<p>                    absolutely nothing against the petitioner nor he has any<\/p>\n<p>                    criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Learned Additional Public Prosecutor could<\/p>\n<p>                    not point out anything otherwise from the carbon copy<\/p>\n<p>                    of the case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                    the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a<br \/>\n           period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>          enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>          10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>          like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Warisaliganj<\/p>\n<p>          P.S.
