Mr.Dabhi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of notice of Rule on behalf of respondent State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tThe<br \/>\npresent application has been preferred by the convict-applicant<br \/>\nseeking parole leave for a period of 30 days on the ground of<br \/>\nsickness of his mother whose both kidneys have failed. It is<br \/>\nsubmitted in the application preferred by the convict-applicant that<br \/>\nearlier he has made application for the same reason on 15.4.2011 to<br \/>\nthe District Magistrate, Rajkot, however, till the date his<br \/>\napplication is pending.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">4.\tHaving<br \/>\nconsidered the contents made in the application, request made by the<br \/>\napplicant appears to be justified and, that, therefore,   the<br \/>\napplicant is ordered to be released on parole leave for a period of<br \/>\n20 days from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond<br \/>\nfor an amount of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the jail authority and on usual conditions. On<br \/>\ncompletion of the said period the applicant shall surrender himself<br \/>\nbefore the concerned Jail Authorities forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">5.<br \/>\n  Application is partly allowed and is accordingly disposed of. Rule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
