No.19825 of 2008\n                                 LOHA SINGH YADAV\n                                      Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                   -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3        15.7.2008                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel<\/p>\n<p>                     appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner is an accused in a case under Section<\/p>\n<p>                     47(A) of the Excise Act and Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The allegation against the petitioner is that 80 litres of<\/p>\n<p>                     illicit country made liquor and 20 plastic jurkin each of 15 litres were<\/p>\n<p>                     recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one other.<\/p>\n<p>                                     The petitioner is in custody since 2.1.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner Loha<\/p>\n<p>                     Singh Yadav is directed to be released on bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Chandi (Wena) P.S.
