Misc. No.924 of 2011 as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  this aspect of the matter that petitioner was only driver of the vehicle from<\/p>\n<p>                  which in huge quantity illicit liquor was recovered, petitioner, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                  Rajeev Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds<\/p>\n<p>                  of Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to<\/p>\n<p>                  the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in<\/p>\n<p>                  connection with Ghosi P.S.
