No.26978 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>BIR CHANDRA SINGH, Son of Late Deo Nandan Singh, Resident of Village Baburban, P.S.<br \/>\nBaruraj, District Muzaffarpur.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                                                    &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.Petitioner<br \/>\n                                    Versus<br \/>\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                  &#8230;&#8230;..Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p>02\/-   27-09-2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Petitioner is named accused in this case carries<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation that in the alleged official discharge of duties by<\/p>\n<p>                     his son and co-accused, petitioner being father was also<\/p>\n<p>                     present when a sum of Rs. 85,000\/- was advanced for<\/p>\n<p>                     particular work which could not be done. There is nothing<\/p>\n<p>                     more specific against the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Considering the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                     case, in the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                     below within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order,<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, namely, Bir Chandra Singh, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>                     thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Sikarahana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     Dhaka P.S.
