He wants to mine laterite stone<\/p>\n<p>from the property. The petitioner submitted an application for<\/p>\n<p>permission for mining under the Minor Mineral Concession Rules before<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent. Ext.P1 is the application. The petitioner seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.
