Justice T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :02\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                T.R.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR,J.\n                      -------------------------\n                  W.P ( C) No.4010 of 2009\n                     --------------------------\n               Dated this the 2nd March,2009\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioner is a trustee of         Sree Mamanikunnu<\/p>\n<p>Mahadevi Temple,      Irikkur in Kannur District.        One<\/p>\n<p>Mr.P.K.Surendran was appointed as Executive Officer of<\/p>\n<p>the Temple.    The Commissioner, HR &amp; CE, Calicut by<\/p>\n<p>order dated 15.7.2008 directed the trustee to terminate<\/p>\n<p>the services of the Executive Officer thus appointed. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has challenged the same in revision petition<\/p>\n<p>before the Government. Earlier, he had approached this<\/p>\n<p>Court by filing     WPC No.28203 of 2008 which was<\/p>\n<p>disposed of by Exhibit-P1 judgment wherein this Court<\/p>\n<p>directed the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit-P2(a) stay<\/p>\n<p>petition therein and pass orders thereon within a period<\/p>\n<p>of ten days from the date on which             the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>produces a copy of the judgment.        Revision Petition was<\/p>\n<p>directed to be disposed of within six weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of judgment.    Presently, the petitioner seeks for a<\/p>\n<p>direction   to   approve    the    appointment    of    Sri.P.<\/p>\n<p>Muraleedharan to the post of Executive Officer, since the<\/p>\n<p>W.P ( C) No.4010 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>non-approval has resulted in affecting the affairs of the<\/p>\n<p>Devaswom.        He was appointed as directed by the<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner.       But the request was rejected      by the<\/p>\n<p>Commissioner as the revision petition is still pending.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that already the stay petition stands dismissed. It<\/p>\n<p>is also informed that the revision petition has not been<\/p>\n<p>disposed of so far.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.    Already the time limit fixed by this Court as per<\/p>\n<p>Exhibit-P1 judgment to dispose of the revision petition is<\/p>\n<p>over.
