No.9574 OF 2010\n                            --------------------------\n                 Dated this the 22nd day of March, 2010\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">         The petitioner was appointed as High School Assistant<\/p>\n<p>(Mathematics) in the fourth respondent&#8217;s school on 1.6.2009 against a<\/p>\n<p>resignation vacancy.     Prior to that appointment, petitioner had prior<\/p>\n<p>approved service also. However, the petitioner&#8217;s appointment has not<\/p>\n<p>been approved.      In the above circumstances, the fourth respondent<\/p>\n<p>Manager filed Ext.P2 appeal before the second respondent. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P2 expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">         2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p>         In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>orders on Ex.P2, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one<\/p>\n<p>month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. after affording<\/p>\n<p>an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the fourth<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
