No.10461 of 2011\n                    ASHISH RANJAN SON OF MAHESH PRASAD.\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   21.04.2011                Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner     being     the    husband   is<\/p>\n<p>                 apprehending         his   arrest     in    connection     with<\/p>\n<p>                 Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 56 of 2010 pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                 court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Hilsa, Nalanda registered under Sections 304B and<\/p>\n<p>                 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The marriage was performed in the year<\/p>\n<p>                 2007 when the death took place in the year 2009. There<\/p>\n<p>                 is accusation of demand of dowry.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner that the petitioner performed love marriage,<\/p>\n<p>                 hence, there was no question of demanding the dowry.<\/p>\n<p>                 Moreover, the petitioner got the victim admitted in<\/p>\n<p>                 Vinayaka Mission University, Salem under Directorate<\/p>\n<p>                 of Distance Education for Technical Education. The<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner         took    the       victim         to   Appolo<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>             Hospital and victim was only taking the name of her<\/p>\n<p>             father.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Considering the fact that the death has taken<\/p>\n<p>             place after seven years of the marriage and the<\/p>\n<p>             accusation was of demand of dowry, this Court is not<\/p>\n<p>             inclined to interfere.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Let the learned court below consider the<\/p>\n<p>             regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view the<\/p>\n<p>             aforesaid contention of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                        With the above observation, this application<\/p>\n<p>             is, accordingly, disposed off.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.)<br \/>\nAmrendra\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Ashish Ranjan vs The State Of Bihar on 21 April, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
