No.19936 of 2011\n                                   Shyamdeo Paswan\n                                          Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/   29.6.2011             Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The prayer for bail of the petitioner has recently been<\/p>\n<p>                 rejected on 18.3.2011. Submission is that the court had made certain<\/p>\n<p>                 observation but, there is no record of that. It may be an invention of<\/p>\n<p>                 the counsel for filing fresh application.
