It is further submitted that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner is chronic patient of Tuberclousis and<\/p>\n<p>                   other diseases.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                Considering the fact that petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                   no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner namely<\/p>\n<p>                   Manohar Prasad, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                   bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                   of   Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,   Aurangabad     in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Madanpur P.S.
