Taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel, this writ<\/p>\n<p>appeal is disposed of as having become unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       3. In view of the order passed in the writ appeal, the relief sought in<\/p>\n<p>I.A.No.3152 of 2004 need not be considered by this Court.
