Respondents.\n\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to appoint the applicant herein as Village Administrative Officer in Nagai Qie-e-Millet District. \n\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : Mr.K.Raja\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Mr.T.Sreenivasan\n\t\t\t\t\t    Government Advocate \n\n\n\n\n\nM.JAICHANDREN,J.\n\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHeard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\t2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would have attained the age of superannuation at this point of time and hence, no further orders are necessary in the petition. <\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\t3. In such circumstances, as no further orders are required to be passed, the writ petition stands closed.
