The earlier jail report shows that he<br \/>\n\twas absconding for some time.  Hence, the discretion does not<br \/>\n\tdeserve to be exercised.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tTherefore,<br \/>\n\tthe application is not granted. Disposed of accordingly.
