Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :09\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n            Contempt Case (C) No. 1323 of 2010\n            ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n          Dated this the 9th day of November, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           Pursuant to the directions in Annexure-A1 judgment,<\/p>\n<p>the respondents passed orders granting pension to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>with effect from 09-03-2010.            Therefore, the direction in the<\/p>\n<p>judgment stands satisfied.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>claim was for pension with effect from 1998 and that since benefit<\/p>\n<p>is allowed only with effect from 09-03-2010, the judgment is still<\/p>\n<p>not complied with. I am not persuaded to agree for the reason that<\/p>\n<p>by the judgment, the respondents were only directed to pass<\/p>\n<p>orders and there is no direction to pass order effective from any<\/p>\n<p>particular date.
