KUMAR, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            The findings recorded by the Divisional Canal Officer<br \/>\nand the Superintending Canal Officer in categorical terms is that<br \/>\nwatercourse ABC was running from the head of the outlet to the land<br \/>\nof the applicant-respondent No. 3 through the land of the appellant.<br \/>\nIn the interest of better irrigation, the watercourse ABC has been<br \/>\nordered to be restored in the old position in accordance with Section<br \/>\n30 FF (3) of the Northern India Canal and Drainage Act 8 of 1873<br \/>\n<a href=\"\/doc\/975999\/\" id=\"a_1\">(Punjab Amendment Act<\/a> 23 of 1965). We find no ground to entertain<br \/>\nthe appeal. Accordingly the same is dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">\n\n\n                                                     (M.M.
