Pinki Devi, wife of Ranjit Yadav, resident of village - Sahaybigha, P.S. -\n     Makhdumpur, District- Jehanabad.\n                                                                -------------- Petitioners.\n                                      Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                                               ------- Opposite Party.\n                                       -------\n<\/pre>\n<p> 05.   28.06.2010            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and State.<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioners are named accused in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       Karpi (Bausi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2009 for offences under<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 304(B)\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The two lady petitioners being mother and sister-in-law<\/p>\n<p>                       of the deceased daughter of the informant. There is general<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation of demand of dowry, torture etc. Moreover, the<\/p>\n<p>                       deceased was earlier married with elder brother of her present<\/p>\n<p>                       husband who is said to have been murdered and the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                       herself and lodged the case against other family members, but<\/p>\n<p>                       as stated subsequently, the parties arrived at amicable<\/p>\n<p>                       settlement, whereof deceased was married with present<\/p>\n<p>                       husband i.e. younger brother of her first husband, thereafter as<\/p>\n<p>                       alleged some amount in cash was demanded and the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                       was said to have been killed, but, there is absolutely nothing<\/p>\n<p>                       specific against these two female inmates of the family.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                       in the event of their arrest\/surrender within four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>                       receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely, (1) Asha<\/p>\n<p>                       Devi, (2) Pinki Devi, are directed to be released on bail on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each<\/p>\n<p>          with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>          Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Karpi<\/p>\n<p>          (Bausi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 56\/2009.
