The appellate &#8211;<br \/>\nreviewing authority, after reviewing the order, enhanced the penalty<br \/>\nand imposed the penalty of dismissal. The Labour Court has by the<br \/>\nimpugned award set aside the penalty of dismissal, however, any order<br \/>\nwith regard to penalty has not been passed.
