The Circle Officer, Jehanabad....\n                                                              ....Respondents\n                                           .........\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                 For the Petitioner : Mr. Shashi Dhar Jha, Advocate<br \/>\n                 For the State       : Mr. Rakesh Kumar Samrendra, S.C.-21<br \/>\n                                        &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3   05.08.2011              Petitioner seeks direction to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>                     not to demolish the portion of his constructed house<\/p>\n<p>                     under the garb of compliance the         order dated<\/p>\n<p>                     24.10.1996 passed by the District Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                     Jehanabad in Case No.11\/1996-97 for removal of<\/p>\n<p>                     encroachment    as the petitioner&#8217;s case is that the<\/p>\n<p>                     authorities have already removed the encroachment<\/p>\n<p>                     much earlier and the aforesaid order stood complied<\/p>\n<p>                     thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                            After some argument, it is submitted that by<\/p>\n<p>                     the several orders in other writ petitions, the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petitioners thereof have been granted indulgence for<\/p>\n<p>filing representation before the respondent no.2, i.e.,<\/p>\n<p>the District Magistrate, Jehanabad. Xerox copies of<\/p>\n<p>some of the orders, i.e., the order dated 1.11.2007<\/p>\n<p>passed in C.W.J.C. No.5380 of 2005 (Ganesh<\/p>\n<p>Prasad Gupta Vs. The State of Bihar &amp; ors.) and<\/p>\n<p>the other order dated 1.11.2007 passed in C.W.J.C<\/p>\n<p>No. 5039 of 2005 ( Janak Dulari Jaiswal Vs. The<\/p>\n<p>State of Bihar &amp; ors.), have been produced. Let the<\/p>\n<p>same be kept on record. Petitioner also proposes to<\/p>\n<p>file such representation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">        Learned counsel for the State also submits that<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid orders       as the petitioner also proposes to<\/p>\n<p>file a representation before respondent no.2, i.e., the<\/p>\n<p>District Magistrate, Jehanabad.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">        In above view of the matter, this application is<\/p>\n<p>also being disposed of in terms of order passed in<\/p>\n<p>C.W.J.C No. 5380 of 2005 and C.W.J.C. No. 5039 of<\/p>\n<p>2005.
