No.20876 of 2011\n                           Jageshwar Pandit\n                                Versus\n                          The State Of Bihar\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   19.07.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                             The petitioner apprehends his arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Complaint Case No. 918\/2008 for the<\/p>\n<p>                   offences under <a href=\"\/doc\/1317063\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 465<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">323<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/839778\/\" id=\"a_2\">380<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/555306\/\" id=\"a_3\">504<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned<\/p>\n<p>                   Smt. Niharika Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                             Petitioner     is   named     accused     in    this<\/p>\n<p>                   Complaint Case with allegation of transfer of land<\/p>\n<p>                   beyond   his    share     touching    the   share    of   the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                             Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                   a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>                   the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.<\/p>\n<p>                   Niharika, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection     with    Complaint     Case   No.   918\/2008,<\/p>\n<p>                   subject to condition under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_4\">section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code<\/p>\n<p>                   of Criminal Procedure, and additional condition to<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          attend the court regularly at least for two years or till<\/p>\n<p>          disposal of the case, whichever is earlier and in the<\/p>\n<p>          event of failure on two consecutive dates, without any<\/p>\n<p>          reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be<\/p>\n<p>          deemed to be cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Rajeev\/                         ( Akhilesh Chandra, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Jageshwar Pandit vs The State Of Bihar on 19 July, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
