No.42768 of 2010\n                                       RAJESH KUMAR\n                                               Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      27.04.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                      for the State and learned counsel for the Informant, Mrs. Bela<\/p>\n<p>                      Singh.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                The act alleged is tearing the cloth and attempt to<\/p>\n<p>                      outrage the modesty without specific overt act.<\/p>\n<p>                                Having considered the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of the petitioner is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                      from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 273of 2010 above named<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                      10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                      to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M. (W), Muzaffarpur subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                      conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
