Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :24\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n\n     -----------------------------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C).No.28412\/2008\n     -----------------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 24th day of September, 2008\n\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     It is stated that the Manager, the 5th respondent,<\/p>\n<p>invited application to the post of HSA(Malayalam) and<\/p>\n<p>among the candidates, the petitioner was selected and<\/p>\n<p>appointed with effect from 16.7.2007. Subsequently, Ext.P2<\/p>\n<p>appointment was cancelled and the said order was upheld<\/p>\n<p>by the 3rd and 4th respondents, in appeals that were filed,<\/p>\n<p>by Exts.P6 and P8 orders. Still aggrieved, petitioner filed<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P9 revision before the first respondent and it is stated<\/p>\n<p>that the same is pending without orders. It is complaining of<\/p>\n<p>delay in disposing of Ext.P9 this writ petition is filed.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions made by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner I see no justification to decline the prayer<\/p>\n<p>sought for.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\"><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">     3.
