It is stated that there is some dispute between the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners and land brokers in connection with purchase of<\/p>\n<p>rubber estate.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The learned Government Pleader would submit that a<\/p>\n<p>complaint is received from the land broker and a crime has been<\/p>\n<p>registered under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(i) read with<\/p>\n<p>34 I.P.C. He would submit that the police is only investigating<\/p>\n<p>the crime in accordance with law and there will be no<\/p>\n<p>harassment on the petitioners and there is no obstruction in<\/p>\n<p>tapping the rubber trees.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.
