Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :09\/06\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n              --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.17604 OF 2010 (A)\n              --------------------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 9th day of June, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner is an Assistant Surgeon who was posted in the Taluk<\/p>\n<p>Head Quarters Hospital, Nedumangad. By the impugned order, she<\/p>\n<p>has been posted at Taluk Head Quarters Hospital, Muvattupuzha.<\/p>\n<p>Going by the averrments itself, the stations opted by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>are General Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram, Woman and Child<\/p>\n<p>Hospital, Thycaudu and for retention in Nedumangad itself.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner has no case that anybody junior to her has been posted in<\/p>\n<p>any of these places. If so, she cannot have any grievance.<\/p>\n<p>       Counsel contends that the petitioner having contracted an<\/p>\n<p>intercaste marriage is entitled to a posting at her husband&#8217;s place.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner is at liberty to move appropriate authorities urging this<\/p>\n<p>claim.
