He has also submitted that even<br \/>\nduring the trial, he did not appear as witness.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHe<br \/>\nfurther submitted that in view of the facts and circumstances, the<br \/>\nsaid respondent No.2 would not be affected in any manner, if the<br \/>\ndecree is confirmed as it is or even if it is modified. He,<br \/>\ntherefore, sought leave to delete respondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tPermission,<br \/>\nas prayed for,  is granted. Respondent No.2 is directed to be<br \/>\ndeleted.
