MENKA KUMARI DAUGHTER OF KISHORI MODI, BOTH\n                  RESIDENT OF VILLAGE BARI KABAIYA WARD NO.32, P.S.\n                  LAKHISARAI, DISTRICT LAKHISARAI.\n                             Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">02.   24.10.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                    and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                            Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                    connection with a case registered for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                    under <a href=\"\/doc\/796352\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 366(A)<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/839778\/\" id=\"a_1\">380<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a> of the Penal Code. It<\/p>\n<p>                    is evident from the First Information Report, itself<\/p>\n<p>                    that petitioner no.1 served as maid-servant in the<\/p>\n<p>                    house of Hira Kumar who eloped with Simiran<\/p>\n<p>                    Kumari. Petitioner no.2 is the niece of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    no.1. Both are alleged to have persuaded Simiran<\/p>\n<p>                    Kumari to elope with Hira Kumar.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                            Let the petitioners, named above, surrender<\/p>\n<p>                    in the court below within four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>                    receipt of a copy of this order in the court below and<\/p>\n<p>                    in the event of their so surrendering they be<\/p>\n<p>                    admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                    bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                    Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection<\/p>\n<p>                    with Lakhisarai(Kabaiya O.P.)
